Arrival information

Best time to come for the 2013 Spring Semester:

Before the Orientation Week starts - before Monday 4th of February

Make sure you come on time to take part in the Orientation Week

- coming later means lot of running and searching for you and also for your Buddy.

BUT! Try not to come too early! Both ERASMUS & EXCHANGE students are expected to check in the dormitory on a specified day, not more than few days before the Orientation week starts. The arrival dates for this year: Dormitories check-in (starts on January 31st)

Before this date is not possible to get accommodation at the dormitories. You can find some tips for hostels at the menu Arrival Information -> Accommodation.

Also, it is not sure that your buddy will be able to pick you up if you are coming earlier than recommended. Buddies expect to spend some time with you during the Orientation Week before the semester starts, which means between 1st and 10th February for the 2013 spring semester.

Buddy will be assigned to you automatically, don't worry, wait for email from him/her!
