General info

Located in Thakurova (Dejvice) Very nice rooms, reconstructed just couple years ago. Ussually 3 of 2 bedrooms (that means 6-7 people) sharing a shower, WC and kitchen facility (small fridge, sink & cooker, no dishes) together. Bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves for each person.

Rooms for couples available. Fee must be paid till 15th of the present month !!!

Bedclothes exchange

included in the dormitory fee.(Just bring it to the exchange room next to the student canteen - note the opening hours!)

Internet connection

of course available. Each room has internet plug, for connecting your computer contact the net administrator - check all the actual information (price - 800 /semester in '06,person,room, opening hours..) at the display board in the Masarykova lobby.

International Student Centre (MK ISC)  

one of the two ISC centres and headquaters is located here (room H397)

Garages, parking spaces

free of charge for residents, check it at the reception desk

Drawing & Study rooms

8 rooms with big drawing desks ,chairs and shelves. Accessible for everyone living in Masarykova with the chip card.

Canteen (Menza)

providing breakfasts ,dinners (lunches on Saturday and Sunday).You pay with your student ID card. Note the opening hours.

Student club and pub

located in the basement,note the opening hours.It is possible to borrow the club for private or public actions(parties,lectures),for this contact an ISC contact person.

Phone

All rooms have phone receiver in,calling within a dorm is free of charge, for calling out of dorm you have to go to the reception desk and put the money-credit for your phone calls. You will be given your personal PIN and the phone number of your phone in the room.

Calling out of Masarykova: 0 + your PIN + desired phone number Check for the actual prices at the reception desk. Calling within Masarykova: 1 or 2 or 3* + room number

about 6 laundries ,but sometimes quite problematic to book it since there are many people using it.

9 more separeted kitchens with owen and no dishes.

small gym with basic fitness facilities.
